Completed in November 2014, Ridgeline’s unique system of interlocking custom‐designed tractor trailers allows our team to prepare and serve three meals plus multiple snacks per day to groups of 150 to 15,000. From initial dispatch to first service time, the Ridgeline team can be up and running in remote locations in as few as 12 hours when conditions permit. We maintain wide and deep relationships with multiple food & beverage and broad‐line suppliers throughout the contiguous U.S., so we can scale food service operations up or down as needed, no matter the location.
About the Ridgeline team of dedicated culinary and hospitality professionals feels privileged to serve as a catering provider for the U.S. Forest Service during the annual western region fire season. In the off‐ season, the Ridgeline team stays sharp by partnering on and executing large‐scale spectator events across the United States. Ridgeline Wildland Support Services provides large‐scale emergency response catering services for responder and affiliate groups. As the sister company to the well‐established Houston’s Too outfit, Ridgeline is the finely tuned result of thorough research of design and equipment options. Drawing on 11+ years of direct support service experience and 35+ years of on‐ & off‐site catering experience, the Ridgeline team develops and executes detailed plans tailored to each unique incident or event.
